Elephant, Return to the Wild

Northern Thailand is a mountainous wilderness of pristine forest, and with its unbeatable scenery it is truly a beautiful and mystical place. Here you can find Elephant Haven, a place where magnificent Asian elephants are left to roam free after years of hard labour in the cities. The elderly elephants have adopted the young ones, and likewise, adoptive older brothers take care of the small and weak in the herds. Elephant, Return to the Wild follows two elephants from their previous lives of bondage and servitude to their new lives in Elephant Haven’s forest, where they are able to begin their recovery and rehabilitation into the wild.
